Returns & Exchanges

At Matilda Jane Clothing, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unwashed and unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized USPS location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed, typically within 7-10 business days.
